1、引言
- 本隐私政策旨在说明用户使用【紫府匡正】应用（以下简称“本应用”）时，开发者对用户信息的收集、使用、存储及保护规则。
- 本应用为个人开发者运营，开发者严格遵循相关法律法规，保障用户个人信息安全，用户使用本应用即视为同意本政策内容。
2、信息收集与使用
2.1 账号注册信息
本应用仅支持邮箱注册与登录，开发者仅收集用户主动填写的邮箱地址，用于账号验证、登录管理、账号安全维护及用户问题反馈处理，不会将邮箱地址用于其他未经授权的用途。
2.2 IP地址信息
用户登录本应用时，后台将自动获取用户IP地址，仅用于以下合法用途，不作其他任何处理：
- （1）自动识别用户所在时区，为干支盘时间校准提供辅助；
- （2）后台风险防控，监控同一IP地址批量注册行为，防范恶意注册、算法爬取等违规操作，达到风险阈值后将采取相应安全限制措施。
2.3 用户业务数据
- （1）干支节律与气运体质相关信息：为提供干支排盘、大运节律、流年节律、全运程节律模拟，以及气运体质、能量排布分析等工具服务，我们会收集您主动填写的名字、性别、出生日期、出生时间及时区信息，用于生成对应的干支盘、节律曲线及气运体质数据。
- （2）笔记与个人记录信息：为保存您在软件内撰写的个人笔记、日程记录及档案备注等内容，我们会存储您主动创建的笔记与个人记录信息。未使用云端存储服务时，相关信息仅保存在您本地设备；使用云端存储服务时，相关信息将同步存储至服务器以便跨设备访问。
- （3）未购买云端存储服务的用户，干支盘档案等业务数据仅存储于用户本地终端设备，开发者不收集、不上传、不存储该部分数据；
- （4）已购买云端存储服务的用户，相关业务数据将加密上传至服务器，仅用于用户数据云端同步，开发者严格保密该部分数据，不随意泄露、篡改。
2.4 设备信息
我们会自动收集您使用设备的品牌、设备型号、操作系统类型及版本等基础设备信息，用于保障产品兼容适配、运行故障排查、优化服务体验，该类信息不会用于非法收集、泄露及不当滥用。
2.5 AI对话服务
本应用AI对话功能不进行本地及云端数据存储，每次会话均不会保留历史记录，开发者不收集、不使用、不泄露用户任何AI对话内容。
2.6 广告相关
本应用内广告内容由开发者自行设置管理，未使用任何第三方广告SDK，不会通过广告模块收集用户任何个人信息。
2.7 付费信息
- 本应用会员、虚拟积分炁点均通过应用官方商店完成支付，开发者不收集用户银行卡号、支付密码、交易密码等任何支付敏感信息，相关支付安全由官方支付平台保障。
- 为记录相关交易，我们会保存您的炁点充值记录与炁点消耗记录，仅用于账号服务核验与档案库扩容等功能支持。
3、信息存储与保护
3.1
开发者采取合理的技术及管理措施，保护用户邮箱、IP地址、笔记与个人记录、云端业务数据等信息安全，防止信息泄露、丢失、滥用及未经授权的访问、修改。
3.2
本地存储数据由用户自行保管，因设备故障、刷机、卸载应用、误操作等原因导致本地数据丢失，由用户自行承担责任，开发者无义务协助恢复。
3.3
用户信息主要存储于中华人民共和国境内。
4、信息共享与披露
开发者不会向任何第三方出售、共享、转让用户个人信息，除非存在以下情形：
- 经用户明确书面同意；
- 依据法律法规、行政司法机关的强制性要求；
- 为维护本应用、开发者及其他用户的合法权益，且符合法律法规规定。
5、用户权利
- 用户可自行管理本人账号信息，如需注销账号，可通过本政策公示的联系方式联系开发者处理；
- 用户可自主选择是否开通云端存储服务，未开通状态下不会产生任何云端数据上传。
6、未成年人保护
- 本应用面向成年用户提供服务，若为未成年人使用本应用，需在监护人同意及指导下进行，开发者不会主动收集未成年人个人信息。
- 未满14周岁人员不得注册及使用本服务，未成年人使用视为已取得法定监护人同意。

ZIFU StemBranch Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
- This privacy policy explains the rules regarding the collection, use, storage and protection of user information by the developer when users use the [ZIFU StemBranch] application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
- The application is operated by an individual developer. The developer strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations to protect the security of users' personal information. Users' use of the Application shall be deemed as their agreement to the content of this policy.
2. Collection and Use of Information
2.1 Account Registration Information
The Application only supports email registration and login. The developer only collects the email address voluntarily filled in by users for account verification, login management, account security maintenance and user problem feedback handling, and will not use the email address for other unauthorized purposes.
2.2 IP Address Information
When users log in to the Application, the background will automatically obtain the user's IP address, which is only used for the following legitimate purposes without any other processing:
- (1) Automatically identify the user's time zone to assist in calibrating the time of the Ganzhi Pan;
- (2) Conduct background risk prevention and control, monitor batch registration from the same IP address, prevent malicious registration, algorithm crawling and other violations, and take corresponding security restriction measures when the risk threshold is reached.
2.3 User Business Data
- (1) Information Related to Stem-Branch Rhythm and Qi Constitution: To provide tools including stem-branch calculation, grand rhythm, annual rhythm, overall rhythm simulation, as well as qi constitution and energy distribution analysis, we collect your voluntarily provided name, gender, date of birth, time of birth and time zone information to generate corresponding stem-branch charts, rhythm curves and qi constitution data.
- (2) Notes and Personal Records: We store notes and personal records voluntarily created by you to save content such as personal notes, schedule entries and file memos within the app. If you do not use the cloud storage service, such information will only be kept on your local device. If you use the cloud storage service, such information will be synchronized to our servers for cross-device access.
- (3) For users who have not purchased the cloud storage service, business data such as Ganzhi Pan archives are only stored on the user's local terminal equipment, and the developer will not collect, upload or store such data;
- (4) For users who have purchased the cloud storage service, relevant business data will be encrypted and uploaded to the server, only used for user data cloud synchronization. The developer keeps such data strictly confidential and will not disclose or tamper with it without permission.
2.4 Device Information
We automatically collect basic device information including device brand, model, operating system type and version. The information is used for compatibility adaptation, troubleshooting and service optimization, and will not be illegally collected, disclosed or abused.
2.5 AI Conversation Service
The AI conversation function of this Application does not store data locally or in the cloud. No history records will be retained for each session, and the developer will not collect, use or disclose any user's AI conversation content.
2.6 Advertising Related
The advertising content displayed in the Application is independently set and managed by the developer. No third-party advertising SDK is used, and no personal information of users will be collected through the advertising module.
2.7 Payment Information
- Membership and the virtual points Qi Points in this application are paid through official app stores. The developer does not collect any sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers, payment passwords or transaction passwords. Payment security is guaranteed by the official payment platforms.
- To record transactions, we will store your Qi Points recharge records and Qi Points consumption records, which are only used for account verification and archive capacity expansion.
3. Information Storage and Protection
3.1
The developer adopts reasonable technical and management measures to protect the security of users' email addresses, IP addresses, Notes and Journals, cloud business data and other information, preventing information leakage, loss, abuse, and unauthorized access and modification.
3.2
Locally stored data is kept by users themselves. The developer shall not be obligated to assist in the recovery of local data loss caused by equipment failure, flashing, application uninstallation, misoperation and other reasons, and users shall bear all responsibilities therefor.
3.3
User information is mainly stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
The developer will not sell, share or transfer users' personal information to any third party, except under the following circumstances:
- With the user's explicit written consent;
- In accordance with the mandatory requirements of laws, regulations, administrative and judicial authorities;
- To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Application, the developer and other users, and in compliance with laws and regulations.
5. User Rights
- Users may manage their own account information independently. If they need to cancel their accounts, they may contact the developer through the contact information published in this policy;
- Users may independently choose whether to activate the cloud storage service. No cloud data will be uploaded when the service is not activated.
6. Protection of Minors
- The Application provides services to adult users. Minors shall use the Application with the consent and guidance of their guardians. The developer will not actively collect personal information of minors.
- Persons under the age of 14 may not register for or use this service. The use of this service by a minor shall be deemed to have obtained the consent of their legal guardian.

- 本アプリは個人開発者により運営されています。開発者は関連法令を厳格に遵守し、ユーザーの個人情報の安全を確保いたします。本アプリを利用することで、ユーザーは本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 情報の収集と利用
2.1 アカウント登録情報

- （1）干支リズム・体質関連情報：干支作成、大運リズム、流年リズム、総合運勢シミュレーション、気運・エネルギー分析などの機能を提供するため、ユーザーが自発的に入力した氏名・性別・生年月日・出生時間・タイムゾーン情報を収集し、干支データ・リズムグラフ・体質分析結果の生成に使用いたします。
- （2）メモ・個人記録情報：アプリ内で作成したメモ、スケジュール、メモ情報を保存するため、ユーザーが作成した記録データを保存いたします。クラウド保存を利用しない場合、当該データは端末内にのみ保存されます。クラウド機能を利用した場合、データをサーバーに同期保存し、複数端末からの閲覧に対応いたします。
- （3）クラウドサービス未購入のユーザーについて、干支データなどの利用情報はすべてお使いの端末にローカル保存され、開発者は当該データを収集・アップロード・保存いたしません。
- （4）クラウドサービスを購入したユーザーのデータは暗号化してサーバーに送信し、データ同期の目的のみで使用いたします。開発者は当該データを厳重に管理し、無断で漏洩・改ざんすることはありません。
2.4 機器情報
当社は、ご利用端末のメーカー・機種名・OS種別及びバージョンなどの基本機器情報を自動的に取得します。本情報は製品の互換性確保、不具合調査、サービス改善のみに利用し、不正な収集・漏洩・濫用は行いません。
2.5 AI対話機能
本アプリのAI対話機能では、ローカル・クラウドを問わず会話データを保存いたしません。毎回の会話履歴は保持されず、開発者はAI会話内容を収集・利用・漏洩することは一切ありません。
2.6 広告について
本アプリ内の広告は開発者が自主的に設定・管理しており、第三者広告SDKを使用しておりません。広告機能を通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集することはありません。
2.7 決済関連情報
- 本アプリの会員プラン・仮想ポイント「気点」の決済は、公式ストアを通じて行われます。開発者は銀行口座番号、暗証番号、決済パスワードなどの機密決済情報を収集せず、決済の安全性は各公式決済プラットフォームにより保障されます。
- 取引記録を管理するため、気点の購入・利用履歴を保存し、アカウント認証・機能拡張のサポート目的でのみ利用いたします。
3. 情報の保存と保護
3.1
開発者は適切な技術的・運用的措置を講じ、メールアドレス、IPアドレス、個人メモ、クラウドデータなどを保護し、情報の漏洩・紛失・悪用、不正なアクセス・改ざんを防止いたします。
3.2
端末内の保存データはユーザー自身が管理するものとし、機器故障、初期化、アプリアンインストール、誤操作などによるデータ紛失について、開発者は復旧義務を負わず、ユーザー自身の責任となります。
3.3
ユーザー情報は主に中華人民共和国国内にて保存されます。
4. 情報の共有・開示
開発者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者へ販売・共有・譲渡することはありません。
- ユーザーが書面により明確に同意した場合
- 法令または行政・司法機関の強制的な要請がある場合
- 本アプリ、開発者、その他のユーザーの正当な権益を守るため、法令の範囲内で必要な場合
5. ユーザーの権利
- ユーザーは自身のアカウント情報を自主的に管理できます。アカウント削除を希望する場合は、本ポリシー記載の連絡先より開発者へお問い合わせください。
- クラウド保存機能の利用可否はユーザーが選択でき、機能を利用しない限り、クラウドへのデータアップロードは行われません。
6. 未成年者の保護
- 本アプリは成人向けサービスです。未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者の同意・監督のもとでご利用ください。開発者は未成年者の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
- 14歳未満の方は本サービスに登録・利用することを禁止します。未成年者が本サービスを利用した場合、法定保護者の同意を得たものとみなします。
